-By using our services, user agrees to follow all tos and fully understands the privacy policy or can/will be prosecuted by law.
1- Vimuto.com® shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages the users business may suffer for any reason, even if Vimuto.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If a problem occurs even if that is within Vimuto.com's control, as the internet is unpredictable, user is aware that network availability is not guaranteed. Vimuto.com and/or affiliates shall not be liable for any legal claims from you, the user.
2- User agrees that user shall not hold Vimuto.com and/or any affiliates liable of any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, damages, expenses, including attorney fees and court costs that arise from any judgments directly or indirectly created by the services of Vimuto.com and/or affiliates to the customer.
3- All services provided by Vimuto.com may only be used for lawful purposes and lawful to access lawful content. Unlawful uses may result in a temporary or permanent ban from Vimuto.com and/or its affiliates. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vimuto.com and/or affiliates from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the user or any other party. User agrees to take full responsiblity.
4- Vimuto.com® reserves the right to make changes to our Terms of service at any time without any notification. Changes to our Terms of service take effect immediately upon being posted on our website. It is users responsibilty to update user on any changes, Vimuto.com is not obliged to notify use of any changes.
5- Vimuto.com® has the right to persecute anyone federally which includes onshore/offshore hosting if whole or part of the website has been copied, ripped, or defaced. This can include script wise or graphics wise.
