Since we transferred, everything has been working great and been getting a lot of emails for feedback confirming that it has greatly increased, and we are very happy to hear this.

The past few weeks, we have been getting a lot of people coming into the chat room, and that’s great. We help whenever we are available. BUT, we also have a lot of people coming into the chat room when our staff aren’t online to help out with questions or concerns. Please, if we are not available, use our contact page and send us an email. We reply usually withing the hour, but if it is overnight in the USA, sometimes our staff cannot get to it until the morning.

We are currently also looking for more staff to help us out with things such as blog posts, graphics, DJ on the radio, and basic moderators for the chat room.
